Our beloved Heriberto Martinez, age 59, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, January 18, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Ester Martinez; and his sister Diana Villanueva. He is survived by his children, Manuel C. Martinez, Kristie M. Martinez, Angela A. Avendano (Ivan), Michael M. Martinez, Amy M. Martinez; grandchildren, Ivancito Avendano and Juliette Avendano; the mother of his children, Viola Cobos; and his siblings, Juan Manuel Martinez and Marta Garcia. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street (South). Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 1206 East 9th Street. This will conclude services for Heriberto Martinez, interment pending in McAllen, Texas.
