October 25, 1946 to January 2, 2016
Our beloved Herminia D. Longoria, age 69, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 2, 2016.
She is preceded in death by her parents Raul and Esperanza De La Garza; granddaughter Clarissa Cantu; sister Florence Apolinar; and brothers Ben De la Garza, Robert De La Garza, and Raul De La Garza.
She is survived by loving children Suzanne Yvette Ortiz (Joel), Teresa Brown, Lisa Vasquez ( Hector), and Dani Longoria; grandchildren Laura Perez, Ryan Cantu, Elisa Vasquez, Logan Torano, Pierce Torano, and Maegan Brown; great grandson Austin Keller; sister Judy Browning (Danny); brother Avel De La Garza (Cindy); many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Herminia will begin at 2:00p.m., on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, with Recitation of Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
